Der RSS-Parser in PHP ist soeben als Version 0.7 veröffentlicht worden und bietet u.a Input/Output Encoding.
- allow user to define both input and output encodings
- attempt to guess the incoming character encoding if unspecified
- attempt to use iconv or mbstring to parse entirely more encodings then one would could ever really hope for
- exploits the strengths and weaknesses of PHP4 or PHP5 appropriately
- can be turned off.
